2.1 Information Collected Automatically

The Site has no accounts, no forms and no analytics. The only data processed when you visit is the technical information every website receives:

• Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, records each request (IP address, page requested, browser type, time) to deliver the Site and keep it secure, as described in Vercel’s privacy policy.
• Abuse protection. To stop automated abuse, a counter linked to your IP address is kept in our database (Upstash) for about 60 seconds and then deleted automatically.

2.2 Information You Provide

At present, the Site does not require you to create an account or submit personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details. If we introduce such features in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and you will be informed before data collection begins.

3. Cookies

The Site does not set any cookies and does not use tracking or analytics tools. If this changes (for example if advertising is introduced), this policy will be updated before it happens.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Content from other platforms

The Site shows public information from Kick, YouTube, Instagram and X (stream status, videos, posts and follower counts), fetched by our servers. Thumbnails and photos from YouTube, X and Kick load directly from those platforms’ image servers, which receive your IP address as they would from any page showing their images (Instagram photos are served from our own domain). Following a link to one of these platforms takes you to their site, under their own privacy policies.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the technical information described above only to:

• Deliver and operate the Site
• Detect and prevent abusive or automated traffic
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

6. Data Retention

Abuse-protection counters are deleted automatically after about 60 seconds. Hosting logs are kept by Vercel for the limited period set out in its privacy policy. We keep no other data about visitors.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Objection: Object to certain types of processing.
